What you'll be doing
 

Our growing Content Operations team is looking for an experienced Content Operations Coordinator (f/m/d). This role is responsible for ensuring all content is successfully ingested into our Content Management System, and that content is in alignment with the contract terms, and delivery specifications. This role also supports the day to day operations of multiple television channels by maintaining high content standards. This role reports to the Manager, Content Operations.

 

Main responsibilities
 

  • Coordinating delivery of fully Quality Control-checked titles to the Programming team

  • Making sure content delivery issues are properly tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner

  • Working with our content partners and post-production facility to unblock and resolve any content delivery issues

  • Ensuring consistency in our proprietary Content Management System (CMS) when putting in custom projects

  • Tracking dates, timelines, and import data in our inventory systems

  • Pulling data off API feeds and CMS to create and distribute reports to Content Operations leadership

 

Who we are looking for
 

  • Ability to read and understand metadata, particularly JSON and XML

  • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to process a high volume of content under tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process efficiency

  • Solid understanding of video and audio specification (e.g. M3U8, MP4, .422, etc.)

  • At least 1 year of full-time TV Broadcasting, Video Streaming, or Post-Production experience preferred

  • You have excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal English and French, German
    is a plus

Account Coordinator (f/m/d)

What you'll be doing


As part of our Acquisitions and Content Partnerships team you will help support the department across all aspects of the acquisitions process and working as a cross departmental liaison. Working in a dynamic and fast growing sector of the media industry. We are looking for a highly motivated self starter who is looking for a career in the video streaming world.

 

Main responsibilities
 

  • Contract management - Input, manage, and track all key deal points from content acquisition agreements including business terms, payment schedules, and additional rights and obligations

  • Partner Reporting - Compile and provide partners with timely reporting (revenue, viewership) and address their inbound questions and requests; directly manage a selection of partner accounts

  • Disseminate information - Disseminate relevant contract summaries and partner updates across key internal stakeholders including content operations, editorial, marketing, ad operations, PR, finance, and legal

  • Research – Conduct industry and competitive research; support creation of internal and external presentations

  • Cross-functional - Liaise with content operations to ensure timely and complete deliveries and contract compliance

  • Content Evaluation – To help where possible the Acquisitions team evaluate new content for the Pluto service across the EMEAA footprint

 

Who we are looking for
 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in entertainment and / or online media

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Passionate for content, particularly for TV, Movies and online videos

  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • You have a native level of the German language and excellent English skills

  • Knowledge of TV/Film content acquisition and distribution (windows, contract terminology)

What you'll be doing


The PROGRAMMING MANAGER will play a key role within the Programming team to oversee all aspects
related to all types of on-air content across all of the European territories that we are available in. The
Programming Department is responsible for the content strategy for all on-air schedules for our linear-
style channels and Video-on-Demand section.

 

Main responsibilities
 

  • Evaluate and organize overall content inventory with our database and content management
    system

  • Brainstorm, support and implement long and short-term planning, new channel development,
    channel scheduling and stunting, and on-air promotions, with the goal to drive viewership

  • Process content data and use analytics for channel and content strategies

  • Manage a team of Content Schedulers and work in conjunction with content operations peers

  • Liaison with other departments including Acquisitions, Content Operations, and Marketing to
    execute programming initiatives along with external vendors and stakeholders

 

Who we are looking for

What you'll be doing
 

As Financial Analyst (f/m/d), you will be taking on a key role of our organization, connecting Finance and Operations through a close collaboration with all of Pluto TV Europe’s departments, across all current and upcoming territories in Europe, as well as with our colleagues in the Pluto TV Los Angeles headquarters and at ViacomCBS.

You will be working very closely with the management team and get the chance to make an impact in a company that has become a key strategic focus for ViacomCBS’s global streaming Strategy.

 

Main responsibilities
 

  • Producing ad-hoc financial & data analyses, leading to insights and recommendations that will drive business decisions

  • Financial planning and forecasting for our different regions and business units within EMEAA

  • Tracking the operational performance of the entire organization through KPIs monitoring

  • Preparation of financial & operational reports on a monthly and weekly basis

  • Support the monthly financial close of the company in collaboration with the controller’s team

  • Support and optimize existing accounting processes

  • Optimizing existing finance workflows between our entity and our Headquarters in the US

  • Strong collaboration with our BI & data team 

 

Who we are looking for
 

  • You have 2 years of Finance experience (FP&A, Controlling, investment banking), ideally in a fast paced environment. Prior experience at a media or ad tech company is a plus

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent

  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, strong modelling skills

  • Experience in data and analytics (SQL, data visualization tools) is a plus
